These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FastLah iOS application and the fastlah.app website (the "Service"). By downloading or using FastLah you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
FastLah is intended for people aged 18 and over. You are responsible for ensuring that fasting is appropriate for you.
2. Not medical advice
FastLah is a wellness and habit-tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Content in the app, including AI Coach responses and the Learn library, is general information only. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting programme, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, diabetic, taking medication, or have a history of eating disorders.
3. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the security of your device and account credentials, and for activity that takes place through them. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Subscriptions and billing
FastLah offers a free tier and a paid subscription, FastLah Ultimate, at US$3.99 per month or US$39.99 per year. Prices are shown in USD; you will see your local price in the App Store. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.
5. Ramadan Mode
Ramadan Mode is optional and is available free of charge, including during Ramadan each year. Prayer times and Suhoor and Iftar timings are calculated estimates and may differ from your local authority's announcements. Always follow your local religious authority.
6. Community rules
If you use the community feed, you agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading medical claims, or spam. Every post can be reported or hidden, any member can be blocked, and heavily-reported content may be withheld automatically. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content and data you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and display it for the purpose of operating the Service. Community posts are visible to other members.
8. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or interfere with the Service, or attempt to access it by means other than the published app.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance. We aim to keep disruption minimal but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastLah will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
